Defective items may be returned for full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days after delivery date under the following circumstances:
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or alterations or are not eligible for return or replacement.
- All returns must be post-dated within 14 days of the delivery date. Should the return exceed the 14-day window or arrives in extremely poor condition or missing items such as power cords, manuals, etc., it will not be accepted and a refund will be denied.
- Customer must contact us and provide evidence of defect, such as photos or videos, and an explanation of the defects before being issued a Return Master Authorization code (RMA).
- No returns will be accepted without an RMA issued by us and written clearly on the outside of the return box.
- Customer pays for all shipping costs to return product to us, and this will not be reimbursed.
- Actual price paid, plus any taxes, will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days after return is physically received by us.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To request a return, email us at email@example.com with Name/Email used for the order, Order Number, Reason for Return, and photos or cell phone videos explaining the defects.
Consumables, personal hygiene items, food, and perishable items are not eligible for return and all sales of these products are FINAL.
