Return policy

Defective items may be returned for full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days after delivery date under the following circumstances:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or alterations or are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • All returns must be post-dated within 14 days of the delivery date. Should the return exceed the 14-day window or arrives in extremely poor condition or missing items such as power cords, manuals, etc., it will not be accepted and a refund will be denied.
  • Customer must contact us and provide evidence of defect, such as photos or videos, and an explanation of the defects before being issued a Return Master Authorization code (RMA).
  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA issued by us and written clearly on the outside of the return box.
  • Customer pays for all shipping costs to return product to us, and this will not be reimbursed.
  • Actual price paid, plus any taxes, will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days after return is physically received by us.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To request a return, email us at info@healthyfamily.space with Name/Email used for the order, Order Number, Reason for Return, and photos or cell phone videos explaining the defects.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Consumables, personal hygiene items, food, and perishable items are not eligible for return and all sales of these products are FINAL.
